Cisco Remote Expert Mobile is a software platform that enables integration of real time voice/video communication and collaboration capabilities such as co-browse, file share natively into iOS, Android and leading browsers.
Cisco approached Tripany to develop a range of applications for web and mobile to integrate their "collaboration solutions" products like Cisco Remote Expert Mobile.
To integrate Remote Expert Mobile solutions across multiple web-, and native mobile applications, Tripany has developed our own frameworks using the set of Remote Exports Mobile APIs and SDK’s. Tripany has also deployed and configured the Remote Expert Mobile server platform in our own data center in combination with other collaboration technologies including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Finesse.
Tripany has developed Remote Expert Mobile integrations for web, iOS and Android in ERP and CRM platforms by providing Cisco Partners with opportunities to demonstrate the benefits to their clients.
